Assault and Peppered (1965)

I do think Daffy Rents is the best Daffy/Speedy cartoon, but Assault and Peppered(love the title, quite possibly the best thing of the cartoon) is not that bad. The animation is not always great, the story line has its mediocre moments and there are pacing problems.
